Services

Cali Pets Hotel provides pet boarding, daycare, and grooming services subject to availability, scheduling, and our facility policies.

Reservations

Reservations are confirmed once we acknowledge receipt and any required deposit is paid. See our Reservation Policy for full details.

Owner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pet health, behavior, and contact information.
  • Provide current proof of required vaccinations.
  • Pick up your pet during agreed hours.
  • Promptly pay all charges for services rendered.

Health & Safety

You acknowledge that group pet environments carry inherent risks despite our reasonable precautions. You authorize Cali Pets Hotel to seek emergency veterinary care if needed, at your expense.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by California law, Cali Pets Hotel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

Website content, logos, photos, and copy are owned by Cali Pets Hotel and may not be used without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance.
