Refund Policy

Our approach to refunds, credits, and cancellations.

We aim to be fair, transparent, and consistent with all customers. This policy applies to all services booked through Cali Pets Hotel in Anaheim Hills.

Cancellations

  • Boarding: cancellations 72 hours or more in advance receive a full refund of any deposit.
  • Daycare: same day cancellations are non refundable, but credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • Grooming: cancellations 24 hours or more in advance receive a full refund.

No Shows

Pets who do not arrive for a scheduled service without notice may forfeit any deposit and may be charged the full service fee.

Holiday & Peak Periods

During peak periods such as major holidays, deposits may be non refundable. We will clearly communicate this at the time of booking.

Service Concerns

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days at info@calipets.com so we can review and address the issue. Refunds, credits, or complimentary services may be offered at our discretion.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
