Booking
- All reservations must be requested in writing through our website or by email.
- Boarding requests should be made at least 7 days in advance, and earlier during holidays.
- Reservations are confirmed once we acknowledge availability in writing.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to hold boarding dates, especially during peak seasons. Deposits are applied to the final balance.
Changes
Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible.
Late Arrivals & Early Pickups
Drop offs and pickups outside of agreed hours may not be possible. Please confirm your schedule when booking.
